Seed Cycle Customer Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Seed Cycle and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the Seed Cycle Customer Feedback Survey in full between 28th April 2025 and 31st July 2025.
    Only one entry per person will be counted.
    A winner will be drawn at random on the last day of each calendar month during the promotional period (30th April, 31st May, 30th June, and 31st July 2025).

  3. Entry Deadline: All survey responses must be submitted by 31st July 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT.

  4. The Prize: Each month, one winner will receive an Organic Gift Box containing a selection of organic food, personal care items, and homeware products.
    The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each month. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within 7 days of each draw date.
    If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Seed Cycle reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  6. Data Protection: Personal data submitted during the survey will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.
    By entering, participants agree to these terms.

  7. Promoter: The promoter of this prize draw is Seed Cycle Limited.

  8. General: Seed Cycle reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions if necessary. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email.
